The Feinstein Group SMS Terms

These terms cover text messages from The Feinstein Group LLC and its restaurants (Highland House, The Living Room, Sonder Social Club and The Black Pearl).

When you submit an event inquiry and choose Text as your contact preference, the restaurant you contacted will text you about your inquiry. Texts may include follow-up questions, answers about our event spaces, and a link to schedule a call with our events team. Some messages are sent by our automated virtual event assistant.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. Msg and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You’ll receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us through tfg.ventures/contact.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking or purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
