F&B management
Your food and beverage, run by operators who do it every day.
The Feinstein Group takes over and operates restaurants, bars, kitchens, concessions and catering for property owners, golf clubs, sports venues, food halls, hotels and developers. You keep the asset and the upside. We bring the team, the systems and the results, under a management contract built around your goals.
Who it's for
Owners who want great F&B without running it themselves.
Highland House at the Dunedin Golf Club is a good example: a full-service restaurant and event venue that's open whenever the course is, hosts weddings and more than 20 golf tournaments a year, and is run by our team day to day.

Deal structures
A contract that fits the asset.
Every property is different, so every deal is built from the numbers. We model the upside and downside for both sides before anyone signs.
Management fee
You own the P&L. We operate it for a base fee, with full transparency on every dollar in and out.
Fee plus incentive
A base fee plus an incentive tied to the results you care about most: profit, revenue or guest scores. We win when you win.
Operator P&L
We take on the operating P&L and pay you rent or a share of revenue. You get predictable income and no operating headaches.
Hybrid and phased
Start with a consulting turnaround, then transition to a management contract once the operation is stable. No surprises, no cliff.

Common questions
Management contract FAQ
What does an F&B management company do?
It runs your food and beverage operation for you: hiring and managing staff, menus, purchasing, cost control, service, events and financial reporting, under a contract with the property owner. You keep ownership of the asset without having to operate it.
How are restaurant management fees structured?
Common structures are a base management fee, a base fee plus an incentive tied to profit or revenue, or an operator P&L where the operator pays rent or a revenue share. We model each option against your numbers and recommend the one that best fits your goals and risk.
Can you take over a space that has failed before?
Yes. That's often where we're most useful. We start by finding out why prior operators struggled, and we don't propose a deal until the numbers work for both sides.
Do you keep our existing staff?
Wherever we can. Good people are hard to find, and keeping them makes the transition smoother for your guests.
Have a space that needs an operator? Let's talk.
Tell us about the property and what you want from it. We'll come back with a straight answer on what's possible.
