The Feinstein Group LLC (“TFG”) owns and operates The Black Pearl, The Living Room, Sonder Social Club and Highland House, and provides restaurant management and consulting. This policy explains what we collect through this website and our restaurants’ websites and event inquiry forms, and how we use it.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, and event details when you submit an event inquiry, plus anything you share when you contact us or book a call. Online orders, reservations and event inquiries are handled by trusted providers (Toast, OpenTable and Tripleseat) under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, plan and serve your event or visit, deliver our services, and run our business. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you give us your mobile number with an event inquiry and choose to be contacted by text, we use it only to communicate with you about that inquiry. Mobile information, including phone numbers and text messaging opt-in data and consent, will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
