Consulting / AI for Restaurants
We run our restaurants on AI. We'll set yours up too.
P&L reviews, recipe costing, review responses, GM hiring exams, event proposals, menus and websites. Across five restaurants and bars, we hand that work to AI every week, connected to the same tools you already use. We'll build the same system inside your business and train your team to run it.
Sound familiar?
You tried ChatGPT. It wrote a nice email and that was it.
That's how most operators use AI: a smarter search box. The real payoff comes when it knows your numbers, your brand and your standards, and does the work the same way every time without you re-explaining it. That part takes setup, and almost nobody has the time to figure it out.
What we set up
An operator's assistant that already knows your business.
Built around the jobs that eat your week, not a software demo.
Connected to your systems
- Email, calendar and shared drives
- Toast sales, labor and menu data
- Scheduled reports from Restaurant365, 7shifts and OpenTable routed in automatically
- Your website and Google Business Profile
- Files organized and named so nothing gets lost
Your playbooks, built in
- Monthly P&L reviews in your format
- Recipe and menu item costing
- Review responses in each restaurant's voice
- Private event proposals and event orders
- GM hiring case studies and grading
- SOPs, training guides and pre-shift notes
Running on its own
- Monday flash report by location
- Food, beverage and labor variance flags
- Weekly review digests and themes by location
- Follow-up reminders on emails that never got a reply
- Competitor and local market scans
On brand, every time
- Your colors, fonts and real logo files built into a design system
- Menus, decks, one-pagers and event pieces that come out finished
- Each restaurant gets its own look; the company gets its own
Your managers, multiplied
- Manager seats with the playbooks they need
- Schedules, write-ups, inventory sheets and event orders in minutes
- Owners-only information stays owners-only
Guardrails that make sense
- Read-only access to your POS
- Nothing gets sent or posted without a person approving it
- Comp, investor and partner numbers locked to the people who should see them
How it works
Set up once. Pays you back every week.
Audit
We look at where your week actually goes, and your managers' weeks too. Reports, emails, costing, scheduling, reviews, events. The repeat work is where the money is.
Connect
Email, calendar, drives and your POS, hooked up once so nobody has to log in and export every time something needs doing.
Build
Your standards turned into playbooks: how you want a P&L reviewed, a review answered, a recipe costed, an event proposal priced.
Automate
A short list of reports that run on their own and land in your inbox. Lean on purpose, so it stays useful and doesn't turn into noise.
Train
Owners and managers trained on the system, with check-ins to add new playbooks as your business changes.
Why us
Operators first. Not a tech company with a restaurant slide.
Everything we install, we built for our own restaurants first and run every week: on our own P&Ls, our own GMs and our own guests.
Zach wrote Burger King's FP&A and rapid process improvement playbooks and earned his Six Sigma through McKinsey. This is the same discipline: find the work that repeats, write the playbook once, and make it run itself. The difference is the playbook now does the work, not just describes it.
Common questions
AI setup FAQ
Do we need new software?
No. We set it up around what you already run: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Toast, Restaurant365, 7shifts, OpenTable and Excel. The AI subscription itself is the only new piece.
Is our data safe?
We set it up so owners-only information stays owners-only, POS access is read-only, and nothing gets sent, posted or changed without a person approving it.
How long does setup take?
The core setup takes a couple of weeks. After that we add playbooks as you find more work worth handing off.
My managers aren't tech people. Will they use it?
If they can send a text, they can use it. They ask in plain English and get back a finished schedule, event order or report. We train them on the jobs they actually do.
We're not a restaurant. Can you still help?
Yes. Venues, franchisees, gyms, medical practices and service businesses all have the same problem: smart people buried in repeat work. The setup is the same.
